Melissa, as I was reading through that second list, all the things that you mentioned truly are encountered in the CTS program! I was going through it like, 'check', 'check'...'check'...

What a great place to be.

Melissa, I loved this post. The first part (MIGHT NOT) did make me chuckle a bit, honestly, but the second part (MIGHT) certainly holds true to me, which is why I am still disappointed I cannot make the Phoebe Retreat! However, putting aside my disappointments, reading the second part of the post gave me more reassurance that becoming a deaconess is what I want to do after I'm done with undergrad. (And I most certainly will be coming to the retreat in the following years to get a bit more information and insight on just what the deaconess program at CTSFW offers.)
