The Biggest Day-April 23, 2008

Satan hates call day. He can see the work that is about to be done. He knows of the battles he will face. Christ is glorified and the Father is honored because today men will be called into the Office of the Holy Ministry. These men will stand in the stead of Christ and destroy the sins that ail the Church. They will destroy them. Christ’s Word will go forth from their mouths and the world will never be the same. The sound of Christ’s voice will shake the very foundations of the human heart. Thank the Lord and come to Kramer Chapel tonight to sing his praise. If you can’t come, listen on the internet and sing in your office, living room, or maybe even in the coffee shop. If you’re in Fort Wayne (or nearby) come on over. Celebrate with the whole Church on earth and tell everyone what the Lord has done. Today a prayer is answered and laborers are going out into the harvest. The Lord leads his people forth in joy to the Lamb and His gifts. Jesus loves call day and all the angels rejoice with Him. That He might create faith in the hearts of man-God sends forth men into the world to be his pastors and preachers. He sends weak and sinful men to do the work of heaven. This is the Lord’s doing and it is very good. Listen live to the service tonight at 7PM (EDT).

Great post, but your first sentence evoked images of wasted money on billboards. :)

Congratulations to all our new pastors!

I listened to most of the service last evening. Congratulations to those who received calls, and prayers for those still waiting.

I notice that the Degroots are going to North Carolina. Best wishes.
