Rev. Philip Zielinski met his wife Sara as they began school at Concordia University Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with a B.A. in Secondary Education (Vocal Music) in 2000 and immediately enrolled at CTS and graduated in 2004. In 2006, he returned to CTS to pursue an STM, shortly thereafter accepting a call as an Admission Counselor. Rev. Zielinski perpetuates a long family history of service to the Lutheran Church, stretching back before the founding of the LC-MS. He also has an affinity toward playing practical jokes on the other counselors as well as drinking inordinate amounts of coffee.
